As a commissioning project manager, I have worked on “whole building”, “system”, and existing building commissioning projects with many achieving LEED® standard Certification or higher and Connecticut High Performance Building compliance. Commissioning projects include primary, secondary and higher educational facilities, office buildings, laboratories, hospitals and multi-use facilities. Commissioning experience includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing/fire protection and building envelope systems. Along with new construction, I have also lead various retro-commissioning and energy audit projects. My work involves reviewing construction design documents, functionally testing of MEP systems and controls, and assisting with project close out and turnover.
