Description: "ACT Beyond Pain Program uses modern pain science and evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to guide students in an understanding of pain, and in developing tools with which to change their respective pain experiences. 10 week classes taught in Lebanon, Albany and Corvallis: 1.5 hours of instruction and 30 minutes of gentle, chair yoga. A new group starts monthly, in one of these three cities. Insurance is billed + sliding fee scale is applied to any remaining cost."
