Marcialla ACSI Camping Panorama Del Chianti (under Poggibonsi n.b. nowhere near)
Midway between Florence and Siena. Panoramic views of Tuscany. Owner was very friendly and helpful with tourist information routes etc. Site is spotless but cramped and less facilities than many sites now. A quite small site well placed for the area and popular, probably need to be booked or at least call ahead. (2000)

Dutch run site on lake shore, some parts of site much better than others and electricity supply was 2 amp and almost unusable (said to be 6 Amp in 2010). Well located for touring Umbria. (2000)
