Why the linetype scale does not as same as xrefed source file even after reloading it?
Set VISRETAIN as 0, detach the xrefed block, then load it again.
When VISRETAIN is 1, it will keep changes to the property of xrefed block layer in current drawing.
But you'd better set it back to 1 again because when it is set to 0, you will lose all changes to the xrefed block layer in the current drawing.
