License checkout timed out

Question:

License checkout timed out. Can not run AutoCAD.

Sometime it happens after Windows restarting or wake up from sleeping.

Solution:

Restart AutoCAD Desktop Licensing Service.

Step 1:

Click Window "Run" button and type "services", then select "Component Services"

Step 2:

Right-click "Autodesk Desktop Licensing Service" in "Service(Local)", then click "Refresh".

Now you can continue using AutoCAD!
