- Wooden beams over stucco on the facade of most of the houses.
- Sets of three or more narrow windows. These leaded windows are usually divided into diamond or rectangular patterns.
- Fancy brick or stonework is common.
- The Tudor has high, narrow chimneys that are normally at the back of the building.
- The entranceways are 'heavy' in appearance and made of cement or stonework. There is usually a solid wooden door.
- Front gables and bay windows are common.

Where to find it
Most of these homes are found in urban settings. They frequently cluster in the older, expensive sections of the city. They are a common style.
(For some unknown reason I find these homes to be 'masculine' and for me they are very attractive)
