Competitions

Club Championship - Matchplay, no handicap allowance. Players of any handicap may opt to play in the Club Championship Matchplay stages but may not also play in the Plate Championship. Our Club Champion (if available) represents our Club in the Lothians Golf Association (LGA) Champion of Champions Tournament.

Plate Championship - Matchplay, full handicap difference, for national handicaps of 10 to 28 inclusive. Our Plate Champion (if available) represents our Club in the LGA Handicap Matchplay Tournament.

(No player may play in both the Club Championship and Plate Championship.)

Summer Singles - Matchplay, full handicap difference, using BGC playing handicaps.

Summer Foursomes - Matchplay, 50% total handicap difference, open draw for partners, using BGC playing handicaps.

IBM Putting - (In memory of ex-Captain Iain B. Martin.)

Winter Singles - Matchplay, full handicap difference, using BGC playing handicaps.

Dell Cup - Best 2-round aggregate handicap score (relative to SSS) from Outings (Spring, Summer & Autumn) using BGC playing handicaps.

Court Cup - Best 2-round aggregate scratch score (relative to SSS) from Outings (Spring, Summer & Autumn).
