Equity Arbitrage in regard to mergers acquisitions spinoffs and public offerings is something I have been able to refine over my 35 year trading career and have made a living my entire adult life, I have used the derivatives markets to make my personal wealth and contracted with many companies in regard to protecting their risk while involved in one of the said finical endeavors’. Arbitrage investment opportunities are more common than one would think, in many global and domestic markets, and good sophisticated derivative merger spinoff specialists can make huge scores of wealth and or protect companies risk from trading short equity pressure. They are rare and literally worth their weight in gold. Among other risk I will be posting arbitrage opportunities to the retail investor, on this site. I will also be calling out the derivative market to use and the strike to play.
