PivotTables are great at presenting summary views (aggregations) of data (as well as drill down into the details!). But sometimes we need more than just summations of data. Sometimes we need to perform calculations over the summarized data that normal PivotTables simply cannot do, but Power Pivot can!
In this section we will see how we can add such calculations, called measures. The measure we will create is the income/expense balance for any period.
