January 2021: National Mentoring Month

January is National Mentoring Month! To celebrate you and all that you do as a mentor, this month's Big Conversation is going to be a chance to connect with other Bigs with less structure. Breakout rooms will be based on how long you have been matched with your Little, so you can connect with other Bigs in similar relationship lengths. As always, this will count as your match support contact for the month, so no need to schedule a call with your Match Support Specialist unless you need to check in about something specific.
