- 2 cups SR flour (I prefer at least 50% wholemeal)
- pinch salt
- tablespoon nuttelex
- choc chips to taste :-)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 - 1 cup soy milk
- Mix dry ingredients and nuttelex with hands in a large bowl until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Add liquid until it's doughy.
- Pull out blobs and roll into balls. Place on trays.
- Bake for 10 - 15 mins at 210°C.
