Ingredients:
- 1 cup of plain flour
- 1 cup of dark brown sugar
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1 cup of pepitas
- 4 tablespoons of Nuttelex
- 1 tablespoon of golden syrup
- 1 tablespoon of coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon of hot water
- 1 teaspoon of bicarb. soda (add a little more water if the mixture is too dry)
Method:
- Melt Nuttelex, with syrup, coconut cream, bicarb. soda and water
- Combine with (pre-mixed) dry ingredients
- Teaspoon onto a greased / ‘Glad Bake’d tray
- Bake at ~150C for 10-15 minutes (or a bit longer if you like them crispier)
- Leave to set on cooling racks
- Enjoy!
