INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
Adjustments I made: I cut this recipe in half, as it was only for Brandon and me. I used garlic powder instead of pressed garlic, but other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. Note: If you're thinking you could just chop up garlic cloves, you are wrong. When you roll out the dough, it becomes pretty apparent exactly where the chunks of garlic are, and they will rip holes in your dough. Not that I tried that or anything...
Adjustments I would like to make: Next time, I will probably use the whole recipe and make a couple personal pizzas for the boys.
Overall Satisfaction: Perfect! The crust was great, and most importantly, fast! No yeast required, so it allowed me to whip up a pizza in record time, using whole wheat flour. Easy, fast, and delicious.
Would I Make it Again?: Definitely.
