Adjustments I would like to make: I would like to try turning it into sauce or paste to see how that works.
Overall Satisfaction: It wasn’t too difficult, so my bar is pretty low. I haven’t had much luck dehydrating things in the oven because they all get stuck. In this case, it didn’t matter because I was grinding it all up anyway, so that worked in my favor.
Would I Make it Again? I will keep making it, as we have tons of salsa to make this year, and I hate throwing away food, even tomato skins! So far, I have only added it to salad dressing, but it definitely didn’t do anything bad to it. I will keep testing it out in other recipes.
