Privacy

Visibility: This will be a public event in a public space. While you are attending, anyone can walk through the park and see you. There is nothing festival staff can do to prevent this from happening. However, your presence at the event does not mean you are Pagan, even if you participate in the rituals. A main purpose of this event is outreach to and camaraderie with the community. Since our society deeply values religious freedom, the fact that you are present in support of others' religious freedom should be seen as nothing less than honorable.

Personal information: Festival staff have been instructed not to share attendee and performer/presenter personal information, including names, email addresses, etc. Should any request be received for these details, you will be contacted for permission prior to responding to the request.

Educators, Entertainers, and Vendors: Individuals and groups who elect to entertain, educate, or sell goods and services should be comfortable with any publicity that might result from participation in the festival. Since our participants are both Pagan and Pagan-friendly, your participation does not necessarily reveal anything about your religious beliefs.

Photography

Since this event is being held in a public place, we cannot lawfully stop anyone from taking pictures. However, for individuals who wish to minimize exposure, we provide two options:

    1. Brightly colored arm bands. All staff will refrain from taking photographs of persons wearing the arm bands. Should a photograph accidentally contain one, your image will be cropped out or likeness will be adequately blurred/masked before any photographs are distributed.
    2. You may at any time request that your image be removed from any photograph on our site in which you appear. This may be accomplished via cropping, blurring, or masking)

We respectfully request that other photographers at the venue follow these rules, but cannot guarantee their cooperation.
