CubingHistory.com is a website that covers the history of every aspect of cubing. In 2022 I presented a website, the method library, that covers the history of method development since the early years of the Rubik's Cube. Eventually the site expanded to cover topics outside of methods. So in 2024 I moved everything to a new domain, cubinghistory.com. The site covers the development history of the cube, world records, the WCA, over 40 3x3 methods, various 2x2 methods, the major steps and techniques used in methods, other puzzles, individuals and their developments, and more. It is the result of many years of my own experience and knowledge and hundreds of hours spent researching. The site contains some surprising and interesting information, including the discovery of the origin of the F2L pairing technique, the origin of layer by layer, each of the contributors to what is now our standard notation, and more.
