Payment Schedule:
Registration Fee/Forms: The nonrefundable $150.00 facility/registration/insurance fee is due with all printed "forms" for the new school year to reserve a place for your student(s).
Materials/Copy Fee is due to the teacher at the opening orientation meeting in August or the first class.
Semester 1 tuition is due Friday, Aug. 29, 2025.
Semester 2 tuition is due Friday, January 9, 2026.

Tuition:
The cost for participating in most full school year classes (including auditing) is $290.00 per student per class payable in two installments as noted below. One semester classes are $145.00 each.
Study hall has a fee of $60 per year, per period, per student. Therefore, for one student in two periods of study hall for the whole year is $120.
Tuition payments are to be made by check to "All Saints Studies Group." Payment should be sent to Mrs. Renee Toelke, 3850 Stroschen Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45248. Facility/Registration Fee/Forms:

Materials/Copy fee:
Depending on the particular class, a materials/copy fee may be required. This fee is determined by the teacher and is payable to each teacher at the opening parent orientation meeting or the first class. Each fee payment per student or family should indicate: student name(s) and names of classes for which the fee(s) is to be applied. Please put the materials/copy fee in an envelope with your student's name on the front of the envelope.
Students attending multiple classes taught by the same teacher may combine those class fees as one payment to the teacher.

Refund Policy for Dropped Classes
Tuition will be refunded if a student should drop a course after the first or second class of any semester. From the third class on, tuition will not be refunded. Any tuition prepaid for second semester will always be refunded if a course should be dropped in the first semester. Registration fees cannot be refunded at any time. Refunds on class supply fees need to be discussed with each particular teacher.
Study Hall: an opportunity for parents to earn money by serving ASSG.
There is an opportunity for parents to earn money by serving the needs of All Saints Studies Group in the study hall. Study hall monitor responsibilities are listed on the Sign Up link, and there is a clip board in study hall with the same information. Use the link in the side bar for Study Hall Monitor Sign-up to take a time slot. Each three hour time slot will earn $30. Our treasurer will issue checks at the end of each semester to parents who have "volunteered" to fill this need. The Sign-up Genius is the record of who has filled the slots, so keep that accurate.
