Atal Bihari Vajpayee - Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior (ABV-IIITM Gwalior), is an apex Information Technology (IT) and Management Institute, established by the Government of India in 1997. The BIC-TA 2013

The BIC-TA 2013 conference will be conducted at the Anhui University of Science and Technology, Anhui, China.

The Anhui University of Science and Technology is located in China's major enerygy city of Huainan in Anhui Province. Through a long coordinate developement with curriculums such as engineering, science, management, medicine, arts, economics and law, the university has grown to be a multidisiplinary university focused on both undergraduate and graduate education and research.
