The 11th International Conference on Unconventional Computation and Natural Computation (UCNC '12) will take place in Orléans, France, from 3 to 7 September 2012.
It is organized by the LIFO, the Fundamental Computer Science Laboratory of the University of Orléans.
This series of international conferences is devoted to all aspects of unconventional computation and natural computation, theory as well as experiments and applications. These conferences were previously named Unconventional Models of Computation (UMC) from 1998 to 2002 and then Unconventional Computation (UC). For the 11th edition, the conference becomes Unconventional Computation and Natural Computation (UCNC). Typical, but not exclusive, topics are:
There will be a special talk given by Gilles DOWEK for the Alan Turing centenary.
This conference will be subject to submissions of extended abstract and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings LNCS by Springer.
