1st CALL FOR PAPERS and Workshop
The Computing Society of the Philippines (CSP) invites you to participate and submit papers in the 12th Philippine
Computing Science Congress (PCSC 2012). The CSP organizes this conference to enable local and neighboring
computing educators, researchers, and ICT professionals and students to interact and to share their work in computing,
computer science, computer engineering, computational science, and information and communications technology
(ICT).
The conference features special lectures by prominent researchers and educators in the field of information and
communications technology (including computing, computer science, computer engineering, computational science,
and related disciplines). It also features contributed research papers on computing and ICT.
Aside from paper and poster presentations, the conference features special lectures by prominent researchers
and educators in the field. In addition, as a special tribute to Alan M. Turing, widely considered the father of computer
science and artificial intelligence, PCSC 2012 will have special invited talks on the life and work of Professor Turing,
who was born in London on June 23, 1912.
The conference is hosted by the De La Salle-Canlubang, as part of the centennial celebration of the 100th year
of the De La Salle Brothers’ presence in the Philippines.
