The Mighty Ducks (1992)

Gordon Bombay (Emilio Estevez) is a hot shot Minneapolis lawyer who loses a big case and gets caught drinking and driving. For his punishment, he is sentenced to coach a hockey team full of misfit kids that don't stand a chance. The movie takes place in and around Minneapolis

The courtroom scenes and the lobby staircase were filmed in Stearns County Courthouse at 725 Courthouse Square in St. Cloud, MN.

The IDS Center at 80 8th Street in downtown Minneapolis was used for filming, likely shots in Ducksworth's office.

Gordon is introduced to his team at Peavey Park in south Minneapolis.
