A North Vietnam Air Force MiG-17 was shot down by NK,203, a VF-142 Phantom II, piloted by LCDR Eugene P. Lund, with LTJG James R. Borstott as Radar Intercept Officer. Weapon was an AIM-9B Sidewinder infrared guided air to air missile.
