NPC - Creature

Horse

Horses now have the same “detection” cloak that boss vampires and other high level enemies use. This is (hopefully) to prevent the player from stealing them quite as easily. Horses also slowly recover health even without the use of a poultice.

Regeneration

Dragon Priests, Enchanted Spheres, Trolls, Spriggans and Lurkers all regenerate less health but have more health. Mistmen regenerate less health, but don't get a health buff.

Dwemer

Dwemer constructs, primarily Centurions, are weaker against frost damage but somewhat more resistant against shock damage.

Knockdown effects

Knockdown effects have been conditioned to fail if you are blocking and giants won’t stunlock you with knockdown as their ability to cause ragdoll has been removed.

Dragon

Poison dragons now use a shout-version of Venomous Blast instead of an incredibly weak short ranged afflicted breath so that they aren’t wholly impotent.

Fireball and Iceball dragons are nerfed a bit further since they were seemingly balanced around 90% resistances. They now deal 150/3sec instead of 120/5sec.

Dragons are extremely weak to breath shouts and cyclone.

All dragons have higher MR and regenerate 1 hp/sec, and also get big magicka pools so that they can resist phantasmal killer reliably (to which they are now vulnerable)

Other

A number of creature races have received slight health/damage buffs to make them more competitive against newly buffed NPCs.

Lots of important guys have been buffed. A few bosses who are too weak have received buffs

(such as Malkus, the orc vamp guarding Dexion in the DG questline) and civil war bosses are

tougher. Neloth is a real god-wizard now. Work in progress-- I recommend NPC Statefix to cover a lot of stuff my mod doesn't.

Bounty collectors are buffer now. Consider carefully before telling them no.
