Senior Transcripts

Step 1: Complete the blue transcript request form for each college you are applying to (available in Student Support).

Step 2: Add colleges to your Naviance account under the "Colleges I'm Applying to" tab. 

 STUDENT CHECKLIST:

• I have requested that my ACT, SAT, or AP scores be sent to the college/s. (www.act.org) or (www.collegeboard.com)

• This college has been added to my Naviance Student account (we can’t send your transcript until this is done).

• I have requested my teacher letter of recommendation.

• I paid my college application fee online.

• I am regularly checking my Naviance Student account to keep track of my application's process.

Please note, we do not retain copies of high school diplomas, ACT, SAT, or AP scores.
