The Media Store is open Monday-Friday, 9.30am-11am and 1.30pm-3pm and is located on Level B of The Wave (Hours will vary outside of term time)
Communicating with staff
Outside of face-to-face teaching sessions, staff may be working off-campus. It is best to contact us by email in the first instance. It will then be possible to arrange a time to talk either in person, by phone or video chat.
Academic and professional services staff check email accounts regularly and, during term-time, we aim to respond to your messages within 3 working days. To help reduce wait times, please do check this site first - the information you need may already be available!
Please note that responses will be made during working hours, which are usually 9am-5pm. You should not expect to receive responses to emails in the evenings and on weekends.
Please take care to be polite and respectful when you address academic and professional services staff both via email and in person.
