I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this conference possible.

Firstly, a huge thank you to my current line manager, Clare Jordan, who has continued to support this work even during a tough time in our service. Her dedication and encouragement have been invaluable in bringing this conference to life.

A special thanks to Emma Chatten, my line manager at the time, who fully embraced my idea to run this conference and allowed me the freedom to shape it in a way that truly serves our delegates.

I would also like to thank Kathrine Jensen, Meera Warrier, and Deb Lodge from RPI, who recognised the importance of this event and provided both practical support and essential funding.
