Sports Scholarship Program
Awarded to all Varsity players who are considered regional and/or national sports achievers of any DEPED/CHED recognized sports competition, as evidenced by their awards garnered from the regional and/or national competitions.

REQUIREMENTS
Properly accomplished Sports Scholarship application form
Recommendation letter from the Sports Coordinator (HED or BED). This shall be submitted to the Office of the Registrar and Scholarship not later than two weeks from the opening of the semester/academic year.
Late application for whatever reason will not be entertained
QUALIFICATION:
A weighted average of at least 85% with no grade below 83% (BED and HED).
With at least 18 units subject load (excluding summer) prior to application (HED)
Has not committed any violation of school policies, rules, and regulations
Must be physically and mentally fit for the year-round activities
