Hermana Fausta Memorial Foundation

Hermana Fausta Scholarship Grant was conceived as way of thanksgiving to God and to honor the memory of Hermana Fausta Labrador in celebration of the 130th Anniversary Foundation of Sacred Heart College on April 27, 2014 through the gift of free education to the Top 10 High School graduates from Quezon Province and nearby Marinduque.

The applicants are taken from the Top 10 of 150 graduates to be formed toward Academic Excellence, Vincentian Leadership and advocates of those who are poor. They are expected to excel in their respective fields and bring honor to the school.

BENEFITS

• The applicant, once approved as Hermana Fausta Scholar, he/she is allowed to take any course offered by the school with Licensure Examination except the courses of BS in Nursing & BS in Pharmacy.

• As one of the Hermana Fausta Scholars, he/she is given free tution fees, miscellaneous fees and other fees.

REQUIREMENTS

• Application Letter addressed to the Sister president

• Bio-data with autobiography

• Clear copy of birth and baptismal certificates (Xerox Copy) 2 copies each

• Senior High School Report Card (Xerox 2 copies) certified by the school head and indicating that He/She belongs to Top 10

• Barangay Clearance

• Health Certificate with x-ray result

• Certification of Good Moral Character from the Parish Priest and School Principal

• Recommendation Letter from the Teacher (Adviser) or Guidance Counselor
