The Engineering Design Experience Residential Camp is a 5-day summer program at SMU Lyle School of Engineering in Dallas, Texas, designed for rising 11th and 12th-grade students interested in exploring engineering and STEM disciplines. Participants engage in hands-on workshops, skill-building activities, and real-world challenges in areas like Civil, Computer, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering, working in the Deason Innovation Gym, a state-of-the-art maker space. Campers experience college life by staying in dorms, dining on campus, and connecting with SMU students and alumni mentors.
