The weather was fantastic for the FLC at YNot Pizza. We sat outside and enjoyed the Burrata Tomato Bruschetta, Salmon Salad, and Chicken Parmesan!

Andrea, Norma, and I were the only ones to make it to dinner, but we had a great conversation and wonderful food! We talked about skills lab, student engagement, and review activities. Norma shared that one of our instructors delivered a review that involved several "station" activities. One station was a review game involving "Jenga". The teacher picked up "generic" Jenga games and numbered the pieces. The students were given a sheet of questions and had to answer the question correctly before pulling the correlating Jenga piece.
