Fall 2023 Registration Tutorials

Registration for Spring 2024 classes begin on Monday, 12/4 at noon

Below, you will find three tutorials:

For students who have enrolled in previous semesters, view the first tutorial.
NOTE: If you are a new student and have not set up a portal, you can use the following tutorials. You can also access the sdcce.edu site and select "Apply online". Or, you can view our tutorials below.
- If you have previously taken a class with SDCE and have a student number but have not set up a portal, the second tutorial will walk you through it.
- Finally, if you are brand new to the system and want to start from the beginning, go to the third tutorial.

These tutorials should help most students get through the registration process. However, if you are stuck and cannot continue (password problems, portal problems, problems with class numbers, or anything else), you can visit our Student Support page at: http://www.sdcce.edu/services/online-student-assistance-and-services . You can even schedule a one on one with an office representative to walk you through the process on Zoom. Do you need more information? The flyer on the right outlines this service.

For students who do not have a portal account

If you have taken classes in the past, you may have a student number. It is probably 7 digits long. Due to new registration requirements, you need to set up a portal on the SDCCD website. During this process, you will create a password for your portal account and three security questions. NOTE: You will use this password whenever you access the portal, so make sure and WRITE IT DOWN!
