View your email online

Go to MyApps at on the sdccd.edu site

Select "Student email"

You may have to enter authentication

Open any browser

Go to:  https://outlook.office.com

Enter your student email address and the password (the portal one)

You may have to enter authentication if prompted

To view on your phone or your Apple computer, you can download the Outlook app from the app store. While on your device, visit the app store, search for "Outlook" and then choose "get" and "install"

You may have to enter authentication.

Log into your student email (see above)

Click on the "gear" (settings) icon in the upper right

If you do not see the gear icon, click on the 3 dots and select settings

Scroll down and select "View all Outlook settings"

Choose "forwarding"

Click the box that says "enable forwarding"

Type in your favored email address

You can check "keep a copy of forwarded messages" if you want them to remain on your outlook app

Don't forget to save!
