Finding your class online:
To find your class online:
Find the course that you want to take in the above catalogue. Example: Sumi-e and Japanese Art.
You then need to search for that class online. Classes are often under a general title, and instructors create variations of that class. The SDCE schedule has made this more evident by placing a banner "Classes for Adults 55+" above each general title. Just beneath you will see a search term for that group of classes. In our case, the search term is: Arts Experimental
Then, go to the online schedule at: sdcce.edu/schedule
Begin the search with term, course career and subject. In this case, they are: Fall 2023 Continuing Education and Arts Experimental
Your search results will show all classes under Arts Experimental, such as Watercolor and Ceramics. To narrow it down, you want to select "modify search" at the top of the screen.
From there, add a course keyword to the box. In this case, we will use sumi-e.
Our final screen shows only the sumi-e classes in the group of Arts Experimental.
