FOODSAFE

FOODSAFE Level 1 Training & Certification

Stelly's trains & certifies all culinary arts students in FOODSAFE Level 1 as part of any of the courses offered within the Culinary Arts program. Each course will take place within the first 2 weeks of each semester. The duration of the course is approximately 8 hours. Students must receive a passing grade of 70% to become certified. The multiple choice test is written at the end of the course day, and consists of 50 m/c questions. Students are not required to pay for this certification. The student will be BC FOODSAFE certified immediately, and this will expire in 5 years time.
