Bench Type Mixers (pictured left) range in capacity from 5 to 20 quarts.
Floor Mixers are available in capacities up to 140 quarts and have adapter rings to enable several bowl sizes to be used on one machine.
Most mixers have three operating speeds.
Grinders
Grinders
There are many attachments for mixers and food choppers.
The Food Grinder (pictured left) is mostly used for grinding meats. A screw pushes the food through holes in a plate which is then cut by a rotating blade.

Meat Slicer
Meat Slicer
The Meat Slicer slices food more evenly and uniformly than can be done by hand.
Blades are set at an angle so slices fall away. Stelly's has two slicers.
