The Stelly's Culinary Arts program was founded in 1977, by the late Master Chef and teacher, Ross Martin. Since its beginning, the program grew to staggering heights. Martin (along with a team of colleagues) built a hospitality program that operated a fine dining lunch experience in the George Stelly Dining Room. Local diners enjoyed food and service from Stelly's students until it was closed in 2001. Since Ross Martin, there have been a number of different staff and programs within the Stelly's Culinary Arts program. Today, the dining room remains closed to the public. Jamie Kaatz, Nicole Dunford, and Eric Schofield, along with Stelly's students currently provide lunch service to the students and staff of Stelly's, along with a number of catering clients throughout the school year.
