Title IX states that no persons in the United States shall on the basis of sex be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving financial assistance.
SCOPE Academy complies with this law and accompanying regulations at all times and does not discriminate on the basis of sex (including sexual orientation or gender identity) in its education programs, activities, or employment. Inquiries relating to Title IX may be referred to the School’s Title IX Coordinator(s) listed above, to the federal Office for Civil Rights, or both.
Any person may report sex discrimination, including sexual harassment, in person, by mail, by telephone, or by e-mail, using the contact information listed for the Title IX Coordinator(s) above, or by any other means that results in the Title IX Coordinator(s) receiving the person’s verbal or written report.
