Kindergarten Registration

Children must be age 5 by August 1 to be eligible for Kindergarten.

When contacted by the office, you will enroll online using FinalForms. The following documentation is required:

• Birth Certificate 

• Immunization Record

• Custody Papers (if applicable)

You must provide one (1) Proof of Residency from the following list:

• A deed, mortgage, lease, current homeowner's or renter's insurance declaration page, or current real property tax bill;

• A utility bill or receipt of utility installation issued within 90 days of enrollment;

• A paycheck or paystub issued to the parent or student within 90 days of the date of enrollment that includes the address of the parent's or student’s primary residence;

• The most available bank statement issued to the parent or student that includes the address of the parent’s or student's primary residence.

We will not register any child without above documentation.

As part of our enrollment process, the school uses the Brigance Kindergarten Screener which will indicate your child’s level of knowledge and skills. A 15-minute screening appointment will be scheduled in the Spring. The principal will meet with you afterwards to discuss your child’s results. If further assessment is needed, you will be notified at this time.

If any special services are found to be required through the assessment data, you will be notified before Aug. 1 regarding eligible services to serve your child entering the program. Vision and Hearing Screenings are conducted prior to school starting.
