🌿✨ Join the District 22 Parent/Guardian Gardening Club! ✨🌿
Spring is here! Please join us for our first meeting of the year on April 15th at 1:00 PM
Linda and Heather—your District 22 Family Support Team—are thrilled to invite you to be part of our brand-new District 22 Parent/Guardian Gardening Club at the Carol Pino Learning Farm!
Come dig in, unwind, and grow with us during our afternoon volunteer workshops—where we’ll weed, plant, nurture, and help our beautiful school farm flourish.
🌼 What’s Happening This Year?
Along with our regular workshops, we’re excited to host special family-friendly events, including a Fall Clean-Up and a Spring Garden Party—perfect for making new friends, learning a few gardening tricks, and celebrating our district’s green heart.
🌱 Who Can Join?
Membership is simple:
If you're a parent or legal guardian of a District 22 student, you're eligible! As meetings take place during the school day, this club is intended for adult parent/guardian participants.
🗓️ Meeting Schedule
Spring & Fall: Weekly on Wednesdays, 1:00–2:20 PM
🌿 What to Know for the Day:
Dress comfortably in warm layers
We’ll be working indoors in the greenhouse
No tools needed—all materials will be provided
Bring a refillable water bottle if you’d like
📸 Photos & Media Notice:
Photos may be taken for our District website and social media. By participating, you are providing media consent for your photo to be shared on District 22 platforms.
