Free Cell Phones for Eligible New Yorkers SafeLink Wireless is a government supported program that provides free cell phone service each month for income-eligible customers. 



Fair Fares NYC allows financially eligible New York City residents to receive discounted transportation costs through the MTA . Using the Fair Fares NYC MetroCard, participants can receive a 50% discount on subway and eligible bus fare. 


Health Insurance Enrollment Counselors  Our counselors will, Explain your health insurance and care options, regardless of your immigration status. Help you and your family enroll in or renew health insurance. Find out if you qualify for financial help to pay for a low-cost private health insurance plan.

Assist you with applying for SNAP benefits (food stamps).


IDNYC is a free government-issued photo ID card for people 10 and older who live in NYC

It can help you get City services, museum memberships, and more. All New Yorkers 10 and older, regardless of immigration status, can apply for an IDNYC card. See a full list of benefits on the IDNYC website.



The Immigrant Legal Resource Center  Red Cards help people assert their rights and defend themselves in many situations, such as when ICE agents go to a home



ImmSchools is an immigrant led nonprofit that partners with K-12 schools to create safe and welcoming spaces for undocumented students and families. ImmSchools provides professional development for educators, workshops for students and families and supports the implementation of immigrant friendly policy. Undocu-Owned - Provided by the NYS Youth Leadership Council, Undocu-Owned is an instagram live series that highlights undocumented business owners. 


Undocuprofessionals This is a community and forum for undocumented professionals and they post both paid and unpaid opportunities for undocumented community members, as well as scholarships, events and resources.  

Ukrainian Responsive Initiative New Yorkers impacted by the Russian invasion of Ukraine in New York are eligible to receive services through the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs’ Ukrainian Response Initiative. Support is available to both currently residing and newly arrived Ukrainian New Yorkers, as well as others forced to flee the conflict.
