From Farm to Table: The District 22 Digital Cookbook by Our Students
Dear District 22 Families,
Wishing you and your loved ones a very warm and joyful holiday season.
On behalf of Superintendent Julia Bove and her entire District 22 team, we are happy to share a special holiday gift with you —From Farm to Table: The District 22 Digital Cookbook by Our Students.
This cookbook is a true celebration of our incredible students and school communities. It highlights their creativity, cultures, and hard work, and it has been such a joy to bring together. Inside, you’ll find recipes, stories, and photos that reflect the heart of District 22 and the traditions that make our community so special.
A heartfelt thank-you to our schools, principals, teachers, parent coordinators, staff, students, and families who shared their time, traditions, and talents to help make this project possible. Your contributions helped create something meaningful that we hope your family enjoys together.
We hope this cookbook brings warmth, joy, and inspiration to your home this holiday season.

CEC 22 Needs 2 High School Student Members!
All Community and Citywide Education Councils are required by NYS Education Law to have non-voting student members. Only students who will be high school seniors during their year of service are eligible to apply.
For Community Education Councils (CECs), applicants must:
1) reside in the district (22) where they are applying to serve (students may find out their school district by using
NYCPS's school search tool at https://www.schools.nyc.gov/find-a-school ); and
2) be a member of the elected student government or hold an elected leadership position (e.g., president of a club).
