Today we are securing our knowledge of equivalent fractions before moving onto a new topic within fractions. Choose the task that best suits your understanding, spicy or hot.
.
How can we use division to help us solve fraction problems? Work through the slides before completing the independent task. The independent task includes an example of the second page.
Michael has a better chance of survival if he obeys Kensuke.
What reasons did we think of for and against this argument during our discussion?
* Have a go at filling in the plan on the slides with two points for and two points against the statement.
* Try to include evidence/examples from real life or the text to support your points.
* Conclude your argument by stating which side you agree with and why.
This Friday we will be having a sharing celebration with our classes. We want every child to come up with a speech which can include a presentation sharing their successes this term (maximum 2 minutes each). Work through the slides to find out more.
You can, but you do not have to, use the template below to help you. Please make sure you follow the instructions above to MAKE A COPY before editing.
