Are you looking for a challenge? Try to use one of these skills this week when you are experiencing an uncomfortable feeling (like being scared, worried, anxious, etc). YOU CAN DO IT!
Fold a piece of paper in half.
Write comfortable on one side and uncomfortable on the other side.
Think about a situation where you have felt comfortable and one where you have felt uncomfortable. Draw and/or write about the situation and how you were feeling. Be sure to include details about the situation and what your body might have looked like.
