For section E, it's finally time to construct your scale model house! Section D of the Inspection Record only has 2 inspections that you need signed off. Patience and planning are an important part of this step.
Using a pencil (not a mechanical pencil), draw your setbacks onto your actual plywood lot. Be precise!
Mark on your plywood exactly where your buildings are located.
Use masking tape to assemble your house to make sure everything fits. This is called a "dry run."
Now it's time to use a hot glue gun for the final assembly.
Don't forget that you need a ratio table for section E of the Inspection Record.
