For section A, the focus is on your lot and where your building(s) are located on your lot. Section A of the Inspection Record has 6 inspections that you need signed off.
Choose a type of graph paper to use.
Choose a scale that makes sense. In other words, how many feet does one box represent.
Draw you lot to scale based on your lot dimensions.
Label your lot dimensions.
Draw and label your setbacks.
Find the area of your lot and label this on your graph paper.
Determine 35% of your lot area to determine the maximum area of your building(s).
Decide on the dimensions of your building(s).
Draw your building(s) on your graph paper and label the dimensions.
Label the total area of of your buildings.
Don't forget that you need a ratio table for section A of the Inspection Record.
