Once the Project is created by the Samhita / CGF User and the associated Enrollment Form has been created and published, the assigned IP can login and enroll the participants. There are a few ways in which this can be done:
Enrolling an already Onboarded Participant:
In case of an already Onboarded Participant, the IP / IP Agent can search the participant using the mobile number, and there is a three dot option provided against each participant, click on the same, and click on Enroll for Project.
This will then take the IP / IP Agent to the Project Selection screen, where the relevant project can be selected and then click on the "Enroll for selected project" button. On clicking this, the enrollment form created and published against the project will open for the IP / IP Agent to fill on behalf of the Participant.
This process will be completed through an OTP Confirmation from the Participant and then IP / IP Agent will be taken back to the Participant List.
Enrolling a completely new Participant:
In case of the completely new participant, first, the onboarding of the participant needs to be completed, and once the OTP consent has been taken from the Participant, there is an option that will show in the Pop up as "Enroll for Project" which when clicked will take the IP / IP Agent to the Project Selection Screen, and select the relevant project and click on Enroll for selected project button which will open the Project Enrollment Form for the IP / IP Agent to fill on behalf of the participant. The enrollment will be completed through an OTP confirmation from the Participant.
In the Samhita Platform once the Project is created, and the enrollment form is also created and published then the IP / IP Agent on behalf of the participant, will be able to fill the form and enroll the participant.
Once this process is done, and if there are different stages of data collection that needs to be fulfilled then the Samhita / CGF User will create the relevant form for the Survey and publish it. This published survey form will be accessible to the IP / IP Agent through the following process:
Navigate to Participants > Onboard Participants
Search for the required participant and click the three dot options and click on Edit.
Go to Project Details, it will show the list of Projects that the participant has been enrolled for.
Click on the three dot options against the required project, and click on the Custom Forms or Survey Forms option. If Custom Forms option is selected then the published custom survey form can be selected and filled on behalf of the participant. If the Survey Forms option is selected then the relevant SurveyCTO form created at SurveyCTO will open and can be filled on behalf of the participant.
