Key Program Info
Parameter is a measurable factor that defines the outcomes of the project. Ideally, you should upload atleast 3 parameters to track the project.
How does this help you?
What does your CSR Manager ask you every time? Does s(he) ask you for the update of number of enrollments in class, number of dropouts or number of sessions done? How do you want to show the impact and progress made every month? Use Parameters to keep this information in
front of the CSR Manager.
The typical examples for parameters are:

Total Number of beneficiaries
Number of children in school

Number of toilets constructed

Number of beneficiaries across location
How to use?
Under the Summary tab, go to ‘Key Program Info’ - Go to ‘Upload Parameters’ → ‘Add Parameter’ - Select ‘Parameter Type’ and ‘Name’ and save the parameter. - Go to ‘Upload Parameter’ and ‘Upload Values’ to upload data.
Timeline Progress
Upload images of completion of any task (example - completion of training/ construction)
How does it help you?
Give a bird eye’s view of whats happening on your project to your CSR Manager. Keep track of when MOU is signed, when installations are done. Each time a milestone is achieved, it is reflected here.
How to use?
Under Timeline Progress, click on Upload Images - In the next window, images and the related description can be uploaded

Whom do you want to be updated of what is happening in the project?
Click on Add User to add your training partners, implementation partners or funder. Each user will have a different kind of access.
Type of Users
Implementation Partner is the NGO/ Social enterprise who will input the data
PMO (project management officer) has full access to edit the project
Funder will have a view only access to the project.
CXO user will be for the executive dashboard.
How to use?
Click on ‘Add User’ - In the next window, the user and his/her role can be defined using a dropdown.
