What is the Samhita Platform?
The Samhita Platform has been developed to bring different stakeholders under a single roof and manage the CSR Project lifecycle as well.
Features of the Samhita Platform
The platform primarily consists of the following features:
Onboarding of Samhita / CGF Staff, Implementation Partner, Implementation Partner Agent, Participant and Funder
Create Projects and map IP, Funders, Participants
Create Enrollment and Data Collection Forms to capture responses of participants.
Managing Project Interventions through seamless integration with third party partners.
Browser Compatibility
The Samhita Platform is designed to work within any Internet browsers. The recommended browser is Google Chrome.
Follow these general guidelines when using the Samhita Platform within a browser:
The browser's Back button takes you to the page you were viewing. You can also use the Forward button.
Do not use the browser's Reload (Refresh) button. Doing so will restart your session.
Self Registration
Navigate to https://app.samhita.org/login
Click on the Sign Up option, select User Type as IP Agent and add First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number and Email ID and select the IP from the dropdown and click Sign up.
A six digit OTP will be sent to the mobile number and email id.
On successful OTP validation, a confirmation on Registration will show up and a default password will be sent to the Email ID and User will be navigated back to login page.
The registered mobile number or email id and the default password sent to the email id can be used to login.
However, the onboarding process of an IP Agent can only be completed by the Implementation Partner to whom the agent has been mapped to.
If the agent tries to login before the onboarding process is completed, the system will restrict the user until the onboarding is completed. But once the onboarding is completed, then the Agent can login for further activities.
Assisted Mode Registration
An Implementation Partner can onboard an IP Agent as well. Once IP logins, an option for IP Management is given, under which "Add Agent" button is provided.
Clicking on it will open the Agent Onboarding screen, and IP can fill the details on behalf of the Agent.
An email will be sent to the Agent to reset password to login on the Samhita Onboarding platform.
Agents will reset the password by using the link share over email.
After password reset, Agent will use their email ID and password to login on the Samhita Onboarding platform. An OTP will be received on their email and after submitting the OTP they will be able to login successfully.
Implementation Partners can also onboard up to 1,000 agents simultaneously using the Agent Bulk Onboarding feature. This feature provides an Excel template with all the necessary data points for agent onboarding. Partners fill out the template and upload the file, after which the agents will be onboarded.
Self-Registration Using Referral Link
The Implementation Partner (IP) navigates to the list of IPs on the Samhita platform.
The IP clicks on the referral link and selects the relevant project. After selecting the project, click on Get the Referral Link then the referral link will be generated.
The IP shares the copied referral link with the agent.
The referral link is unique to the project selected by the IP, ensuring that the agent is directly linked to the appropriate project upon registration.
The agent receives the referral link and clicks on it, which redirects them to the Samhita Onboarding platform’s registration page.
On this page, the agent is required to fill in basic personal information, including their First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID.
After submitting the registration form, Agent will be onboarded and enrolled to the project selected by partner while creating referral link. And also system prompts a pop up screen to inform agent that the password reset mail has been sent .
Agent clicks on the link received over mail and set password to access the Samhita platform.
After login to the Samhita platform system prompt a pop up screen to add remaining onboarding detail (like Gender, Date of Birth, Pin code etc..)
