Fur like the night

prowling the forest

a warrior

and it's home base

is my

house

a ninja by night

a sleeper at day

and a warrior

by afternoon

trading food

with my dad

a piece of

beef jerky

for a piece

of a dead mouse

good deals

are her

middle name

except I didn't name her

protecting me

from the evils

in the

forest

and she still

is today
