What you want to do is:
Get a really expensive car and purposely impound it.
Next, call your mechanic and order the car that is impounded
when you order the car hold SELECT on the PS3 or the BACK button on XBOX
Make sure you press "Request Personal Vehicle" keep tapping A(XBOX) or X(PS3)
After that when the impounded car arrives call Mors Mutual Insurance and order the destroyed version if that car (That will be the duplicated version)
If will then say "Your vehicle will be found in your garage"
Put insurance on the duplicated version and sale the real one (You could NOT sell the duplicated version)
